Our chef, Mr. Ng spent many years of his career working for various Chinese Restaurant in the world renowned London China Town.

Coming from a family of chefs, Mr.Ng developed a highly cultivated sense of taste at a very young age. He served his apprenticeship with a 'Great Master' of a very popular restaurant in Hong Kong and to broaden his culinary skill still further, he devoted yet a few more years travelling and working in southern China. He found his experience in provincial cooking inspriting and invaluable and has since helped him indefining his own style of cooking.

Mr. Ng is full of anticipation for his first restaurant away from China Town. He wanted to make the finest tastes of the orient assessable and attractive to everyone.

The essence of Chinese cooking lies in the freshness of the ingredients; and sometimes 'spontaneity'. Our Menu of the Day is created with the freshness produce available on the day, so our customers will have the chance to sample a wider range of dishes than usual. Of course, we will never neglect the 'All Time Favourites' in our menu.

You may find some of the names of the dishes in the menu unusual. it is Mr. Ng's intention that each of them reflects the true originality as much as possible.
